i love hot wings as well. since i didn't have a cheat meal this wkend, and today is my off day from the gym, i'm having hot wings. bam in yo face, afterwards i will have the love of my life in my lip. skoal mint

well its a bulking diet but here it is.

breakfast:
3 cups of yogurt = 440 cals 30 cals fat
1 banana = 110 cals
15.2 oz of 100% grape juice = 230 cals

10:30:
1 grilled chicken breast
1.5 cups of brown rice

lunch
6 inch turkey sub at subway
1 bag baked lays chips
1 powerade

2:30(same as 10:30)

pre workout
protein bar = 289 cals 29g of protein

final meal
salad
1 grilled chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup lima beans
 
i like it. u get use to it. it's hard at first but then u adjust. don't get me wrong i bust out some bbq sauce, but it's low fat bbq sauce.
 
i grew up eating them the wrong way. my dad still think that eating "grub" aka(pinto beans, cornbread, etc) is healthy. not saying its not, but not at the rate they eat it. that's why when i go home i bring w/ me meals for the wkend
