Roe vs Wade Overturned

By the Constitution, as it was intended. If you don't like the Constitution, there's an amendment process.
so u believe the only thing that should be federal control is the stuff that is apart of the constitution. Everything else should be up to the state ? How does that not create a incredibly separated country

I’m not saying u are wrong . But how many other country’s have laws that very from one territory to the other ?

Most other countries are not as massive nor as diverse. That’s the major factor that I think you’re underestimating. You’re wrongly seeing our diversity (in policy) as our weakness, rather than as our strength

LOL. You may have finally encountered a poster to whom you would be considered conservative.
I encounter them everyday. VN is right-wing with several libertarians and like five liberals (and one socialist apparently!). I get yelled at for being a neoliberal shill in other corners of the interwebs because I won't bend the knee to democratic socialists and leftists. Big difference between liberal and leftist, the later of which I am firmly not.

Well you vote in state representatives so if your state representative doesn’t know about your state then u failed as a voter
Wow. It’s scary to think that you actually have a vote because you don’t seem to know much of anything about our government from the Constitution all the way down.

I guess that’s subjective . Threw out my 30+ years all I have seen is a country getting more and more separated .

We are 50 states united, but people seem to forget there are 50 individual states. The original 13 agreed to unite with the understanding they'd still be able to self-govern. We've already overthrown one king's rule.

Eh I think you are wrong on this one. Luther would absolutely adore a pure Socialist United States. He lives dictatorships and feels the government should have much more control.

I don’t know i think he loves him some capitalism , he just wants more and bigger government to nanny state the afflicted , downtrodden , confused , and the utopian progressive ideologues

Lol. You’re a conservative socialist. This is what makes some people dangerous these days. Probably about 80% of liberals describe themselves as moderates, when they’re near socialist. Now we have a self-proclaimed socialist that claims to be conservative. This is a result of our horrendous public educational system.
I’m not at all conservative tho. I’m probably more of a authoritarian socialist then anything … I consider myself a Democratic Socialist

Yes I have actually . Socialism can lead to a dictatorship but as long as u are electing the right people that’s not a worry . Also we have plenty of ammunition to create a revolt if needed . Socialism is also the answer to fixing many of the issues here like tuition cost , healthcare , childcare , homelessness , rent control
What is the matter with socialism on the local level? In other words, you getting together with likeminded people and pooling your resources together to live that life with common values within a community?

Why subjugate the entire country to a system when we have a broad range of geographic differences, economic differences, demographic differences, etc? You can't cookie cutter this s^^t.

Does living in a red state mean the actual majority of citizens agree that abortion should be outlawed? I don't think it does. This actually gives Dems at the state level something strong to campaign on.
Honestly I would bet the majority of this state would vote for a abortion ban

So how should the power be separated in your opinion ?
This has already been addressed more than a few years ago. As I told you previosly, you might want to try reading that document you seem to know absolutely nothing about: the Constitution.

Alright, I've intentionally disconnected myself for a while. What does all this mean? Is it up to the states now?

And how many people actually think they will come after women's right to vote? Went to a local brewery and they hand a band playing where the lead singer went on to claim this...

The people saying they are coming after womens right to vote are ignorant beyond belief. And does anyone really think that if a pregnant woman goes to the hospital, finds out her baby is either not viable or could cause her to die, that a doctor wouldn’t abort?

See the liberals always act like this when things go against them. They go to the absolute idiotic extremes.

Honestly I would bet the majority of this state would vote for a abortion ban
They might, they might not. But if you can't effect change in the state you live in, you always have the freedom to move to another state. God bless America.
