There are definitely a lot of words that could be used. He is a caricature. If you didn’t know this was real there’s no way anyone would believe this guy was actually POTUS. The man literally lies about his college career, his wife, and more. He a walking gaffe, clumsy, and just animated enough to be entertaining. So I wrap all that up into goofy.
