In my opinion a lot of it is their poor tactical use mixed with poor training/filling out crews with soldiers who were never trained on tanks.Is this because their tanks and training suck? Or is that tanks are being shown to be not as useful in an age of technology that uses unmanned flying machines?

Saw a tweet last month where a T-72B had three Lieutenants crewing it all from non-combat jobs.
Russia did the same thing in Chechnya and their tanks got obliterated, now the casualties are ramped up because they're fighting a better trained and equipped force.
