Russia disguised as the Soviet Union has been a major sch!t stirrer all around the globe, and China is picking up the slack now that Russia is bumbling the load. Even when they didn't get actively involved the Russians have littered huge parts of the globe with their weapons. India seems to be wising up lately and looking elsewhere - smart move when you look at how Russian equipment has been doing in Ukraine; you can see why even the Russian troops were giving up tanks to the Ukrainian farmers brigade.
