I can see a $10 very basic widget shuttering a company at this point. If you can’t produce your end user widget because it is missing a $10 part that can’t be found anywhere, then you can’t sell your item. Then the cash stops flowing.

as I’ve said, perhaps the war already started and none of us realize it.

We definitely are and we have only ourselves to blame for continuing to vote for politicians who outsource virtually everything to cheap labor. It would be very painful for us no doubt but again it was our making just like Europe relied too heavily on Russian oil knowing that it could lead to future political/security issues. We are in the same boat. We have every capability and resource to be self sustaining.

Ukraine now has more tanks on the ground than Russia does, a senior US defense official told The Washington Post.

"Right now, the Ukrainians have more tanks in Ukraine than the Russians do … and they certainly have the purview to use them," the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told The Post.

I’ve had the thought that I could accept this inflation if it meant we were becoming more self sufficient. Unfortunately that isn’t the cause.

Her mother, who made the comment, I assume has been in Mariupol throughout since her daughter reunited with her. Unless I misread it.

I don't think anyone supports Russia here. Personally I don't support Russia or Ukraine and I'm against war of any kind.

What some of us are trying to do is make sure people are properly informed.
