The Culinary Arts Thread

I'm going to try and dry a bag of those peppers in the air fryer for crushed flakes. See what happens.

These are beautiful! Are they from the seeds you started late last summer? (Or fall, I can’t remember.)
Yes. Planted them last May the 11th. Almost gave up on them, then a friend recommended a fertilizer. A week later they looked fake. They started producing in November and haven't stopped. It's crazy.

Those pictures were taken this morning. I picked those 3 bags and there's close to that many more that aren't ready yet. I have 6 bags in the freezer and I made mabey 2 gallons of hot sauce.

These are about an hour in on drying in the air fryer.

I bet that broke both his legs.
If you're talking about the jump he was in free fall for a good 3 seconds and if you Google the calculations for how far 3 seconds of free fall is its like 44.1 meters and that is around 150 feet ! Or more and he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing to jump that high he needed to go in tight like a toothpick I jumped 60 feet Into water and it hurt I wouldn't want to go any higher. Yea he hurting.

I didn't think it was that far until I used my watch. I watched 5 or 6 times and started after he left the side and started down. I got to 4 plus. sec every time.

I didn't count him jumping out just when he started falling and it was over 3 seconds. That's a long jump.

They stupid hot too. After I sliced them I ran the knife under running water and dried it with a towel. Then cut a mango and my lips still burn from eating the mango. No joke.
Why you wanna have so much ridiculously hot stuff? You’ll never be able to eat all that sh!t. You going into the nuclear scoville pepper business?

I am impressed with how good you did. You said you would grow them and you did.
