Birth rates directly correlate with the age of the population, ie a younger population has a higher birth rate. Are you trying to refer to infant death rates? If you are the US, is at or near the top which correlates to nutrition and health care. I am not sure what point you are trying to make here?

Not true at all, is the Japanese culture dying? India has had a sky high birth rate for decades, not because their culture is thriving. Most live in abject poverty, but because of the need for labor and income for the family. The same is true in China. The reason developed countries have lower birth rates is due to more economic mobility and freedom. They don’t need 5 children to take care of them. Africa has a high birth rate because they have very high infant mortality rates and cultural issues with contraception. Are you suggesting Niger and Angola have thriving cultures?

Putting quotes around civilian defenders doesn’t somehow counter the fact a bunch of bodies are being buried by that church we’ve seen in all the pictures on March 12 while the Russians were still occupying Bucha. If anything it reinforces the claims of killing civilians.

You seem to equate culture with economy. Culture is in the family and passed through generations. Yes, Japan's cultural is dying. I would guess, as it is in most Countries, once you get out of the big cities to the Japan countryside where they have bigger families, one probably gets a better understanding of actual Japanese culture. When your young adults pack themselves into cities and no longer want to have families, your culture will decline quickly.
