War in Ukraine

If Israel is invaded or attacked again, which theoretically they are all the time, will the Neo Libs call for arms to protect Israel or call for the removal of the attackers leadership? Or is that different?

Has anybody explained how Ukraine is in our national interests? Other than some hypothetical that this would encourage him to invade NATO nations, which is preposterous as he can barely execute the current war.
No reason to escalate this war to WW3.

It is rather amazing watching the radicals on this board come neocons before our eyes. Neo-Libs.

I think to a certain degree China is watching and tracking how this is playing out.

I think the average Russian is similar to the average American, they go through life trying to get by and don’t pay attention or really care what’s going on in the world. But once the grocery stores start having bare shelves, they lose their jobs and they can’t buy anything they start watching the news to see what the hell is going on. They will hear that the US president has caused all of their problems in an attempt to remove their President.
Why do you assume they will go along with what the media says? When you see the White House blaming Russia for high gas prices on the news, do you believe that it's Russia's fault?

Of course not but I’m not the average American. We supposedly had 81 million Americans vote for Biden because they believed what our media was putting out, what makes you think the average Russian is smarter?

That's a weak dodge.

I know very little about Russian politics, but a plausible theory I've heard for why Putin has been in charge so long is that he's kept the Russian economy relatively stable (compared to the '90s). People like stability.

The sanctions threaten that. He may be able to ride a rally-around-the-flag thing for a while, but eventually people are going to get tired of not having stuff. And I'm not convinced they're going to put all the blame on people half way around the globe for shortages.

The neo libs despise Israel obviously.

You do know that Israel has objected to sanctions against Russian and refuses to criticize Russia at all.

There's some allies for you.

Remember June 8, 1967, 34 dead Americans. They're our allies when they want to be.

I was floating around in a testicle back in 1967.

Is the USA stable now?

I will not bother to make a list.

We are all aware of the USS Liberty. My HS used to have subscribe to US Naval Proceedings back in the 80's. Disturbing but a long time ago and in an active war zone. As well as the Pollards and such.
The crimes go both ways with all our allies.

Don Quixote still fighting the good fight, it’s still the US’ fault and NATO not Russia

Not sure why you read that. What the world desperately needs is deescalation and Biden keeps putting that shoeless foot in his mouth with everything, Just like the border deal during the election. ****ing idiot

Edit: Hot take new nickname for Joe.."Shoeless Joe". Dang I wish he was a Jackson

I get where you are coming from. However, Russian immigrants make up a large portion of their population, plus it would be odd for them to be fighting on the same side as the Azov Nazis.

Yes. And I'm not sure how you can reach your conclusion.

Unfortunately we allow warmongers to vote and directly support Diet Putins in corrupt countries like Ukraine. Bleh.

I am not sure read the Tweet if you still aren’t sure. I didn’t realize it was the US’ responsibility to reject peace talks? I am also not sure how other nations deciding whether or not they enter NATO is a US conspiracy? I just assumed it was due to Russian aggression in Ukraine but it must be a grand conspiracy launched by the US in order to sucker Russia into attacking Ukraine all by a President who is barely above basic cognitive abilities.

It would be strange fighting alongside imaginary “Nazis”. That’s probably it and not their need for natural resources which they have very few of

Then keep that same energy and condemn the US for invading and occupying Syria right now.

Dumping weapons into the country and declining to support peace efforts while claiming one side needs to have its government replaced doesn't speak of just the aggression you refer to, except from the United States?

Dense, dense, dense. And of course the only recourse argument the weenies have is that anyone that questions this stuff is a Putin bot or living in conspiracy land.

They aren’t except in your imagination unless you consider 900 US troops helping the Kurds fight ISIS is an invasion and occupation but you do so I can’t help you there. I don’t think anyone can
