Our President speaks for us in all matters dealing with international affairs and is the CIC of our military. He doesn’t need congress approval to send troops into combat.

War is the one thing the President CAN do. He is commander in chief. Congress are the ones that can DECLARE war. That is because congress is supposed to represent the people. The president is only a spokes person for the majority. He can throw military at anything he wants, without congress's declaration.

What allowed radio stations to fill their time with rightwing talk and no balanced time response from the left is the same principle that allows YouTube to control their content.
