President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

Two members of Iran's Revolutionary Guard want to assassinate Trump's National Security Advisor - but the Biden administration is holding back on charges to push for a nuclear deal

A pair of Iranians in the Islamic Revolutionary Guards' covert-action Quds Force have been plotting an assassination against Trump-era National Security Advisor John Bolton, but the Biden administration is not acting on that intelligence because it doesn't want to foil nuclear deal negotiations.

Intelligence community personnel, prosecutors and FBI agents are upset that there have been no indictments against the two men or Quds Force and Iranian leaders, a Justice Department official with knowledge of the investigation told the Washington Examiner.

The outlet said while it is withholding certain information for national security reasons, the source was very specific and descriptive in the intelligence supporting the plot, including significant Revolutionary Guard reconnaissance activity and attempts to recruit an assassin in the U.S.

That's a bit disturbing that this administration would rather not punish foreign agents who want to kill former American government officials so they can make a deal with a country who would kill any American they could if they had the opportunity and thought they could get away with it.

You need corrections: 1) They are dark roasted, not burned. You must be a fan of weak ass coffee, which is OK, but calling dark roast 'burned' is lame. 2) You are confusing Starbucks with Dunkin' Doughnuts coffee.... but that's how yankees like their coffee lots of cream and sugar. Put it in an oven for 30 minutes and it will be a sweet delicious cake.

I don't go to Starbucks because I can't stand being looked down at by some tattoo/piercing riddled PhD that is working to pay off that $200,000 Syrian poetry doctorate. And it's too expensive for what you get.

Oh, and they don't like guns there.
I recently learned something interesting, contrary to popular belief:

Light roasts actually have a higher caffeine content. The darker roasts (which I prefer the taste of) have less caffeine due to a breakdown from the longer/hotter roasting process.

Then don't drink it. Problem solved. I like really strong coffee. Sometimes I get one there. Rarely, but occasionally I have been known to do so. I don't like the adulterations to Dunkin, so I don't drink theirs. Err'ybody wins.

You know they say there's no accounting for taste. I like really strong coffee, too, but I still think Starbucks is bad. At least we know we know we can count on you to dispose of it.

Went from 3.49 to 3.79 in a hurry. Yesterday it went to 3.99. This morning it was 4.29.

Nobody even questions why and how that happens. The gas didn't get transferred in from Russia yesterday. It's the same gas that was in the pipeline days or perhaps weeks ago. What did happen is markets and people reacting to a market price for oil they don't even have in the system. Investors speculating on what might happen changes the price at the pump overnight. It's why I keep saying the markets are out of control and shaking the dog (our economy) apart. Personally, I hope speculators lose everything, but it's more likely to be small guys following the market who lose rather than the speculators driving the surge.

Most people think the stronger the coffee the higher the caffeine level, but the flavor from the darker roasts is more full without the jitters.

This administration is comical!

That quote is taken out of context. He was talking about the future impacts of the Infrastructure Bill.

His remarks were about two minutes long, I watched the event earlier (Kamala made the longest remarks). The entire event was about future impacts from investments provided by the bill, specifically clean transit in public transportation and school buses.

Solution: get an espresso machine or a budget-friendly Aeropress or pour-over, find delicious locally roasted beans, and make better coffee than anyone around for a quarter a cup.
