Betsy Henderson called out the law director David Buuck and basically said that he’s a moron. She and Christy Kristy signed a letter telling him that they want outside council to represent KCS because he’s done a pathetic job. Those two ladies and Susan Horn are fighting harder than any other Knox County Official. You can tell they are beyond pissed off at this point. They asked the law department why they had never tried to get a medical professional to testify, and the law department rep said they were ambushed by the lawsuit and didn’t have time.

I’m wondering if someone in the law department has a family member connected to the lawsuit. Something stinks.
