By BBQ, I assume you mean pork.

I like BBQ and I like spaghetti. I've only had it combined once where it tastes good. A traditional tomato-based spaghetti sauce does not match well with pulled pork. I don't like the taste of BBQ sauce on noodles. Just need to find a way to fuse the two sauces and add something like onions or peppers to make the sauce not so sweet.

If I have some left over brisket, that works well with spaghetti.

I don't put ketchup on sandwiches, burgers, or hot dogs. Ketchup is best for fries when there is not a Frosty or CookOut milkshake around to dip the fries in.
