Trying to find some info about significances of these rankings for any of these schools.

One I found right off the bat is this makes the highest season-ending ranking Wake Forest has achieved in both polls (#15 in the AP Poll and #14 in the Coaches Poll).

Prior to this, the school had only finished the season ranked 4 times in the AP Poll and 2 times in the Coaches Poll, with #18 being the highest spot in the AP and #17 being the highest spot in the Coaches Poll.
