To Protect and to Serve II

Yeah, the guy didn't want to hear that cops mouth and decided to leave. Then the cop got all pissy and decided to put the guy on the ground for disrespecting the shield.
The cop was being respectful and explained the issue and even told him he was just getting a warning. The guy tried to flee because he knew he had two warrants lol

Cases like this just make you shake your head and wonder how some people are allowed to be cops and prosecutors. There is no reason under the sun that the police dept, the investigating officer and the prosecutor shouldn't be civilly liable for torturing this man.

Man stopped wife from driving drunk, charged when she died walking home

WOW... WOW

In an unusual turn, local police opted to charge Todd with manslaughter for the death of Anderson, 35. His alleged crime? Throwing his wife’s keys across the road, sending her on a precarious, deadly search. Todd repeatedly denied throwing his wife’s keys. There was no evidence that he did, a court later ruled.

He thought his wife was about to and knew you were sitting around the corner waiting for her to not use her blinker. Who can blame him?
Lol so the only rationale for not letting people who are falling down drunk not to drive is because they might get stopped by the police? Not the fact that they may kill themselves or someone else
