I don't think many younger people realize what a kick in the nuts this will be. People will stop buying big ticket items, plants will close with jobs lost, housing market goes bust, stagflation. It is gonna be a wake up call for gov spending as well.

Then they will still go after the Supreme Court like they plan to go after Voting Rights, the filibuster and other safeguards of the democracy. They will have the left wing media creating their own set of facts, but ultimately they will fail and then get their doors blown off in the midterms.

People always reach for the ice cream to make themselves and others feel better. Christmas is the best time to do it.

I hope we will be able to say in 2024/25 that the Biden presidency were called the forgettable years. It would mean he hasn't totally screwed up. I'm just as concerned about foreign policy issues as domestic.

Great point but they are looking to strong arm a weak administration on the world stage.

However, I do believe there may come a point that we as individuals are going to have to publicly stand up for our freedoms otherwise the unelected government bureaucrats will take them one by one.

Sounds to me like (and I could be wrong) that all you want to do is save face and not look weak.

If the world has the perception you are weak but you are strong not much of a problem. How do you think the world perceives us at this moment? Do you think this admin is willing to be strong?
