One thing I noticed, the ole miss defense completely took our tight ends out of the game.

I know this is sacrilege, but, I'd like to move past the Mayes brothers.

Moved right past Cade to Dayne Davis. The Ole Miss defense ripped him up one side and down the other. No offense to the young man, but he's not yet ready for the SEC. Hope we see the staff give him some help with a TE or h-back otherwise we might end up seeing Milton before this game is done.

Touchdown on 2nd half opening drive, and it’s back to a five point game. Given how poorly we played in the first half, that would be quite an accomplishment. Of course, we have to find a way to stop that d*mn QB draw. May have to drop a DE on 3rd and long to be a 2nd spy on Corral. Either that, or we don’t make the spy so obvious so the offensive lineman doesn’t know exactly who to go block.

That’s irrelevant, it’s about the fans supporting the team and showing their pride for the school. Man, I’m in the heart of Alabama and I have more love for the Vols than some of you so called fans. We are playing out manned and with what 14? Less scholarship players than other teams. Enjoy the team, support them.. these guys are putting more effort in than we’ve seen in years. We are just at a numbers disadvantage.

What Hooker does or doesn’t do doesn’t change the depth issue one bit.
Our Oline has no depth and because both of the Mays boys are out , we suck.
It’s not that complicated.

If hooker wouldn't take so many sacks it rests the defense. Im a vol through and through and every year every body says depth..... Again for a kid to be on a roster for UT, he already knows the basics of football..... so again 3rd stringer should know the basics, and hooker can roll the pocket....

That's what Heupel and co. have been doing with this entire team. Having us sitting at 4-2 coming into this game was an incredible feat with a roster like this one.
