Speaking of UTAD blunders, Dave Hart never got enough **** for letting Charlie Strong go back to Louisville and show his AD the contract UT was going to give him so they can match

Dave Hart was under the radar a terrible AD. He just gets overshadowed because as bad as he was, he was better than Hamilton, Currie (who I actually think could be a good AD if allowed to do his job), or Fulmer.
