I think Heupel has to first prove himself at a power 5 school before he would be considered for any of the elite programs. Remember that he got his shot here because we are far removed from elite status and were desperate (again) to get a coach to take the job. I hope Heupel does so well here we have to pay him huge sums of money to stay…but our last three “up and comer” hires have been paid huge sums of money to leave. We’ll know more about Heupel after we finish a season or two, see what kind of recruits he can bring in, and we get the NCAA issues behind us.

Now, I don’t remember any of you guys predicting Kiffen to USC but I remember the fear of y’all being worried Dooley was going to Georgia, Butch to Michigan (or somewhere) and, funniest of all, Pruitt to Bama.

Now, how many of y’all are worried he’s gonna leave us for Oklahoma?

Not worried at all. Doubt if Heupel has any loyalty to OU.
