Except the vaccinated can still get and transmit the virus. So much for that.
of course not...Was that the draw of it when it first was offered?
I don’t recall that being mentioned until it started being known it wasn’t working well with keeping people from getting it around the CWS time
This is common sense, preacher. The vaccine doesn't stop the spread, and further, if the vaccine really does work, then why does anyone care that others are not vaccinated? You have the vaccine. Leave those who don't want it alone.Yeah, and if the vaccine is so great, then why are vaccinated people worried about unvaccinated people?
I'm not anti-vax, but I am pro-freedom.
If anyone thinks they need the vaccine, or feel safer wearing a mask, go for it.
But mandating this vaccine, at this point in time, with absolutely no real data to back up the long term side effects, is not right.
And yes, requiring it for entry is the beginnings of mandate.

If vaccines really worked my dads cousin would not be on a ventilator right now. This is common sense, preacher. Good, also why would HIPAA not protect people from this garbage?
Are they going to check to make sure your name is on it? Even doing that would take hours. They'll literally look at your vaccine card or negative test. This is happening at plenty of indoor spaces. Some will cheat, yes. Still a deterrent as most folks probably aren't so desperate as to start forging false documents overnight...I would guess lol.
These things have been run past legal counsel. HIPAA can be misunderstood. It prohibits HIPAA covered entities from releasing any private patient information. Those would be medical providers, insurance companies, etc.
It does not prevent entities or employers (or anyone for that matter) from asking questions about vaccination status.
Looks like I'm going to have to meet him for one of those pinky out beers and give him a stern talking to.@InVOLuntary newt is showing his liberalterian side again
A hand written index card will probably suffice lol. No way they have time for more than a glance, which makes the whole rule silly in the first place. Just borrow your friends, make a copy with his name still on it, and use that. You're in luck. I've got a printer and I'll give you a card with a name on it that looks legit enough to fool a poorly trained ticket guy. $20.
