So what do they do when Ynoa and Ian get back? What should happen is we lose Greene and Tomlin and roll with our best pitchers... but we know that won’t happen. Send Touki and Kyle down??

I’d see what Touki does this start. If he’s good I’d move Ynoa to the pen. If Touki’s stuff looks good but struggles I’d give Ynoa a rotation spot. Send Tomlin down and IL Greene for a couple weeks, see if he can work something out while on the shelf.

Smyly has been a lot better the last two months and this might be dumb. But we need another lefty in the pen. I think Muller is a full time starter for the future and I want him to keep him starting.

I will say, I’m kinda curious if they give any Rosario any starts. Soler keeps raking and they need Duvall’s defense every day so idk if a platoon is an option

Can they send Tomlin down? I wouldn’t think he has any options left at his age. I think he signed this year on a minor league contract, but not sure how that works for one on the MLB roster all year. They may have to DFA him and see if anyone claims to move him off the roster
