I was watching the Talking Vawls live stream on the Press conferences yesterday and I noted something that makes me really like those guys even more: they can’t stand Jimmy Hyams or John Adams. I’m my book that alone makes them good people. Those two “journalists” are straight up trash and their questions always highlight their vindictive, petty, hateful natures. Can’t stand them, and can’t wait for a day when Knoxville rids themselves of those kind of cancers to the program.

I came away really impressed with him yesterday during the press conference. I then went back and listened to The Slice podcast with his interview and he may be one of my favorite staff members. Seems like a genuine person and had to grind his way to his current position. Just seems like a night and day difference from our last couple of OC’s (no offense to Chaney) but I think we will see actual creativity in the game plan and getting our guys the best opportunities to make a play. Whether it be a pass or run play. Don’t have the numbers in the box? Fine, take what the defense is going to give us and find the open grass whether it be a simple out or hitch, or if we can beat someone 1v1 on the outside take the shot. I’m excited for this team, I think we will be a nice little surprise.

It is the larger issue but one that I don't see us solving anytime soon. It sounds like the argument of how you shouldn't tell girls/women not to do things like walk alone at night or dress a certain way because you're blaming the victim. I'm certainly not blaming the victims of those situations but I'm also not going to act like they won't happen and there's nothing you/I can do to fix that that I'm aware of. I just installed a security system at my business because of theft, I didn't want to, but there's always going to be thieves.
