I can accept this opinion. I played and loved soccer and most of my young life I couldn't bear to watch it. It wasn't until I got older and started understanding more schematics and such that I started enjoying watching it.Yeah...I know, but I just can't take it...I've tried. If soccer matches had way more moments like that ending goal in each game I would I could take it.
Just watching those guys mostly just run around kicking the ball back and forth to each other for a couple of hours is maddeningly boring to me..
I won't call soccer stupid, it is a beloved game worldwide...I just don't like it.
I think its that and that the beam has less room for twisties to mess you up. She doesn't have a bunch of rotations in the air. If she just doesn't fall and gets bronze it would be incredible.Hopefully she's worked it out. Reports have said she's been in the gym everyday attempting to right herself. She didn't just give up.
From that link:This is the turning point IMO.. things are about to start looking up real soon
But soon as they commit, they'll be bumped. Whereas ours either stay the same or are droppedGeorgia’s (the self crowned “5 star U”) got Crystal balls coming in for 6 different 3 stars.
Told people this was happening. The top kids are finally seeing through UGAs BS so they’re having to do the same thing we have this class
I get that equation to baseball. I grew up with baseball and understand the build up to every pitch..several of my favorite watched games ever were 1-0 2-1 3-2 types with great situational hitting, great pitching and defense.I can accept this opinion. I used to hate watching baseball. Just abhorred it. It wasn't until recently (especially with the rise of the Vols) that I began to enjoy watching games. I could say similar things in the past, "Just some guys swinging a bat at a ball for a few hours and you might get 1 homerun. If there were more runs and homers then I might enjoy it more." But now that I have a better understanding of the game and situations and such, it's way more enjoyable.
I've gotten to the point where I just simply enjoy sports and competition. Especially the schemes and philosophies. It's opened my eyes to a lot of sports like rugby and baseball that I either didn't know much about or didn't like/care about.
