I’m told by the investment guy that they expect interest rates on mortgage to be around 11% by mid 2022.

So we’ve got that to look forward too.

Oh…and they expect lumber to level out at 750$
Which is more awesome news.

I had to find out why she keeps saying that R's are the ones saying defund. Because they don't support the $2T infrastructure bill.
They believe they have conditioned the public to believe anything they say after decades of their MSM propaganda.

I’m balancing trying to build the house between cost of materials and cost of financing.
Fortunately I’m in a good place in this house and own the land where I want to build. Plus I’m still reasonably young so if I have to build out of pocket I can.
Meeting the excavation guy this afternoon to talk septic system and foundation costs.

We're buying much of it ourselves (plumbing, appliances, lighting) and prices and lead times have really increased. We've got it all on hold at our supplier and they won't need trim for a while. Just didn't want to miss anything. This supply chain is nuts

Interesting spin, but totally clueless as to my stance. I firmly believe because of the way it spread that it was intentionally released. There was no accidental escape. Look at the business world. Trump's policies were/are starting to hurt the Chinese. As to the number of deaths... heart disease laughs at your tears. Or maybe you think this is gonna kill 700K every year.... in which case I laugh at your tears
