He doesn't have anyone wrapped around his finger. We just possess the ability to comprehend the English language. You seem to struggle with it.
Oh it sucks for you I’d say. Across the aisle as an employee it’s greatActually they didn't "mess up" in a good way. It's an incredibly stupid decision.
A client can still require a vendor/contractor to have all employees working on site be vaccinated yet the vendor is running a huge risk by requiring employees to be vaccinated. It's a terrible decision and completely at odds with what the administration is pushing.

In the scenario you describe it could work against employees I’d guess. It's just another example of how out of touch with reality these bureaucracies are. And it's really not great for the employee either especially if you are in a RTW state or hourly. My client requires vaccinations and you won't get the shot then I just don't work you.
OSHA should have left this alone. What's next? If your employer requires you to come to the office and you get hurt on the way to work will that be recordable?

In my case working as a direct employee for a large corporation I think it works better for me. The wild card might be DoD forcing support contractors to be vaccinated to enter federal facilities and military bases. I’d just play the “fine I won’t go then” card but sadly I’m already poked and can’t have fun with this.
