He sure as hell has. It's crap like this that costs you credibility. Think this through a minute. Arguably Trump's biggest accomplishment is Operation Warp Speed. Why in the hell would he do all that in order to make vaxs available to all Americans and then not endorse people taking it? What you suggest doesn't even pass the giggle test

Bracelets help restaurant workers show they got their COVID-19 vaccine
Wearers have to upload their vaccination cards for review before they can receive the band. The documentation is stored on a server compliant with medical privacy laws and the process is end-to-end encrypted, the company said in a news release.
The company makes two bands -- one with just the QR code and another with the QR code plus the wearer's name and type of vaccine they received. That code can be scanned with a smartphone to prove vaccination, the company said.
ImmunaBand President Tashof Bernton told CNN restaurants in Los Angeles and Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, have also bought the bands.

Biden accused the Trump administration of applying political pressure on the vaccine approval process. That throws shade and sows doubt and distrust among the population.
Not a Trump fan. Plus he did contract the virus. That being said, Biden can't run around claiming trump is putting pressure on vaccine approval process. Especially when surprise surprise Trump was correct about the timing of the vaccines. Despite being mocked by Biden, the media, and anyone who dislikes him. Let's be honest about what took place and not bs it.I assume you're referring to this:
Democrat Biden warns against rushing out coronavirus vaccine, says Trump cannot be trusted
Biden said to trust the scientists, not the pathological liar. Smart move.
Biden got vaccinated on live television. Why didn't Trump?
Well said. That video shows how rough it is to be a kid and how teachers struggle to function in the real world.
As to my first point, only a kid has to sit there and take it from an idiot like that. As an adult you can tell this sort of person to F off and get the H out of my face
As to my second point, only as a teacher can you berade another human being w/o fear of repercussion. It's a power trip for the teacher but after she leaves work that day and steps out into the real world she has no such power to treat another human being that way.
This isn't to say that the kid may not be a jerk but that's beside the point here. This isn't going to help him score better on the SATs
Yeah I remember when it took ten years to get everyone vaccinated but then by April whoever wanted vaccine could get it just like they told us would never happen. Not really, the science to make the vaccine at an accelerated pace was already present. Until COVID the need wasn't there. Regardless I've given Trump credit before for not bungling the development of the vaccine. The distribution of said vaccine, which is what operation warp speed was truly responsible for, was a catastrophic failure.
Here you lazy ****. It’s even on your preferred mouthpie... er “news” sourceHe did? When? Where's the video? Where's the official announcement?
Papa bear Trump hasn't given it his personal blessing yet.
President Donald Trump called COVID-19 vaccines "a miracle" and said he "strongly recommend" people get their shots in a new interview with the New York Post. It's the former president's most full-throated endorsement of vaccination yet.
"I'm all in favor of the vaccine," Trump told Post columnist Michael Goodwin. "It's one of the great achievements, a true miracle, and not only for the United States. We're saving tens of millions of lives throughout the world. We're saving entire countries."
"The vaccine is a great thing and people should take advantage of it," Trump told the Post, adding, "nobody should be forced, we have our freedoms. But I strongly recommend it because it's a real lifesaver."
