Games were a little closer than I'd have liked, but Auburn is a far better team than their record indicates by virtue of these losses coming (primarily) against ranked SEC opponents. Felt badly for the girl who got hit with two outs, since she was trying her best to hold back tears on first base.

Lady Vols just need to take care of business against Mississippi State in the doubleheader (maybe just win one?) and they're a lock for hosting a regional.

I knew we had to get a couple on base wouldn't be Tennessee if that did not happen. Great game by Ashley best she has pitched this series. We score 7 runs and win three game that doesn't happen very often.

Starting Callie really helped Ashley either made her mad or took some pressure off. The one run they scored was a joke though.

The girl that got hit yes her foot is in the box but her knee sticks out over the line a good ways.

On paper our lineup look formidable with both Ayala and Riley back. However in this series we did just enough to win games thanks to some really great pitching by Rogers and Turner.

Team is getting better....close series like this is needed sometimes and you find out what kind of fight you have on day 3 going for a sweep win on the opponents field. Getting West and Ayala back and having them play against Auburn and Miss State before Mizzou and the SEC tourney is great!

We need a minimum of split with miss state feel pretty good about a sweep with Callie now pitching the way she is.
