I’d argue that nobody should have a gun and qualified immunity


Do you understand qualified immunity? I've litigated the issue hundreds of times in every context you can think of, including shootings. I feel confident in saying that officers making the decision to shoot do not mull over qualified immunity as part of that process.

Yes I understand it perfectly.
And police officers are not the only ones carrying guns with QI.
It needs to go away.

And they would most definitely think more about weather or not pulling the trigger is a good idea if they didn’t have QI.

I was going to say that you and I would uncharacteristically agree on this subject, it’s apparent a lot of people have no clue what it does or means
