So I went to the optometrist and found that I’m in the early stages of macular degeneration, where you gradually lose central vision. I already have distortions where letters warp and lean into each other, etc.

So along with eye vitamins and supplements and a pricey ($35) blue-light filter for my phone, I’m cutting electronics use way back, especially in the evening. Which I needed to do anyway.

Time to spend more hours in the garden!

Because blindness sucks. 😡

I just picked up some pizza dough from the local grocery store. They have it in a little bag and i just picked up 3 or 4 because I didn't have any made. Going to make my own dough this weekend and see if it works any better.

Nothing wrong with that especially while getting used to the oven. I probably would have done the same or used Boboli the first several times. You'll figure it out and stop burning them.

I thought about using Boboli... But since it's already pre-made crust, I wonder if it would burn faster? I've never used Boboli, so I don't know if it will stand up to the heat. Have seen videos of people putting DiGiorno frozen pizzas in the Ooni. So it might work.

i do like the The Postman. i should probably read the book. i think i like it because of the different communities with their own special attributes. The Warriors is similar in that regard and I like that movie too.

I will have to watch Revenge again. It has been a while. Morgan Freeman is not in that flick to bail out Kevin Costner though.
