Yep, my guess also. The worst part will be when somebody does an actual study and finds the new bureaucracy costs more than income from the newly extorted funds. I guess when you put a girly boi who has done nothing bigger than be a two bit college town mayor in charge of real stuff this is the stupidity you get. Buggery and schiff for brains probably has a lot in common.

Yep, which is why campaign Pete wanted to get rid of the gas tax and move to VMT so there would be no extra tax on folks still driving gas powered vehicles.

Why can't the government just tax the electric car guys? Oh, I assume that wouldn't be popular with the green new deal people for them to have to pay their fair share like the gas users?

A VMT would actually replace the gas tax and ensure everyone pays their fair share, regardless of vehicle. But keep on with the hatred and ignorance of transit policy.

How was his plan going to monitor mileage?
I’m not opposed to it unless it requires tracking or other electronic monitoring.
