Herb Jones scores is vescovi is in. Gaines defense is why he was out there. It was the right call. You can’t predict Gaines will be fouled on a rebound. But he got that stop and rebound.

Can’t believe Gaines let Bama go on that 14-0 run

They were not going to be cold the whole game. They figured out a way to guard Johnson. They played well without Fulky. I am disappointed, but I think we will get a good seeding and another day of rest.

Snap and clear make a tourney run. Bama is a very good team and we had them beat. Learn how to finish.

Barnes can’t win the big one. He’s a good coach but we aren’t going to win anything. Guess it’s better than where we were. Next year’s team is going to be bad. No Pons or Fulk. No post. Kennedy Chandler is all we will have.

Despite the loss, we are playing some good ball right now. Get Fulky back, rest Keon's ankle, and let's go.

Barnes didn’t have a choice but to put Gaines in. Bama had a real simple game plan. Isolate whoever is being guarded by Vescovi. He was a defensive liability and if you brought help over the person that person was guarding had an open 3.

Yep. Kid has played ball all his life. I'm sure they work on them in practice too. I dont understand how so many free throws are missed.

Gaines prevented Jones from scoring. The bad break was them actually calling a foul after he got the ball.
