President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

I don't care who proposes it, I don't think a wall solves a damn thing. But if Biden came out tomorrow and said, "Let's build a wall", all the Dems on this board would suddenly support it.

And a lot of you that DO support it would suddenly flip positions as well.

A wall is much better than lackadaisical policy and derelict fences. There is no permanent solution. But walls and more enforcement of better policies would drastically help.

A wall isn't going to stop illegal border crossings. I doubt it would even slow them down. If they're that determined to get here, they're not going to stop at a wall. We gonna man that wall with armed forces and shoot people? Nope. It's not really the deterrent some want to believe.

If you really want to fight illegal immigration, you take away their reason for wanting to come here in the first place. Punish the people who hire them, that give them opportunity, even when they didn't obey our laws to reach that opportunity.

Pure conjecture. A wall is better than what we have now. It would make it more difficult to cross. If you don’t believe that then I don’t know what to tell you. Again nothing is going to completely work. Not even your solution. So why not have a good physical barrier?

These people hiked across potentially thousands of miles of rough area, got across a navigable river, are willing to risk jail time, finally get to the last 20 feet of their journey, see a wall, and say eff it, I am going home?

Let's put it this way. There is a 20/30/40 foot wall between your family and a much better life. Is that wall stopping you? Is it even getting you to hesitate or even think that a better life isnt worth it?

Cause if that was me, and all I had to do was get over a wall you better believe I am getting over that wall.
That's why we need a mine field.

From the first paragraph in the article it clearly shows your gold standard liberal trash rags agree with the assertion. But “Talking Points Memo “ knows better. Aptly named.
🤡
What’s surprising is that he’s been aided in this by the Washington Post and New York Times, both of which have run articles this week arguing that the speed-up in the vaccine rollout under President Biden only builds off of a plan put into place by Trump. In short, they contend that Trump is right: he had a plan to distribute the vaccine that Biden was lucky enough to inherit.

I'll never understand an argument where the premise is based on the world beginning on Inauguration Day. It's the most nonsensical point that can be made. From a supposed lawyer no doubt. Laughable.

ICE asks for Volunteers to send to the Border as soon as this weekend and south Texas Migrant Complex is SEVEN Times Over Capacity: Biden Downplays influx and claims it's not a crisis

ICE has asked for volunteers to send to the US-Mexico border 'as soon as this weekend' as a south Texas migrant complex is seven times over capacity and reports are surfacing of children being forced to sleep on floors of detention centers.

Michael Meade, ICE's acting assistant director for field operations called for the 'immediate' deployment of available personnel to the border in an urgent email to senior staff Thursday night as he warned the challenging circumstances will likely 'grow over the coming months'.

More than 3,500 unaccompanied teens and children have been held in Customs Border Patrol (CBP) detention centers designed for adults in recent days as Joe Biden's easing of immigration rules has fueled a surge in migrants crossing the border.

Plenty of space in Joe's mansion in Delaware since he isn't using it right now.

White Farmers Blast $5bn promised to minority farm-owners in Biden's relief bill as Discrimination and 'racism' with Sen. Lindsey Graham claiming it is a form of 'reparations'

White farmers have voiced their frustration after President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID relief package this week awarded $5billion to minority farmers while not offering them the same aid.

The Emergency Relief for Farmers of Color Act was introduced to the relief package by Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock in early February to provide immediate financial relief to black, indigenous, and Hispanic farmers.

The bill provides $4billion in direct payments to farmers of color and has allocated $1 billion to address systemic racism at the U.S. Agriculture Department (USAD), providing legal assistance to farmers of color and grants and loans to improve land access for minorities.

The $4billion will provide direct payments of up to 120 percent of a 'socially disadvantaged' farmer or rancher's outstanding debt as of January 1, 2021.
