Speaking of HR, I Had to endure a miserable HR call the other day about the appropriate process/system to use to identify high performing leaders on our teams and position them for advancement.

The handful of times that I snapped out of my daze to listen for a few seconds, I was stunned that there were “bosses” on the call who found the exercise valuable and who are apparently unable to identify good employees. Also made me question how the hell some of these folks are in leadership roles if they don’t have a basic understanding of team building.

I don’t think he gave up I think he took an atrocious angle bc underestimated the rb’s speed.

That’s a basic thing and should have been corrected with teaching.
