It seems we have assembled a staff that will actually enjoy being around each other and the players will sense that. Baby steps

The entire discourse seems to be more cereberal with this staff. That's not to say that there's not passion. There is. The cereberal analytics are intriguing though. Will see how that works in obtaining the understanding of the players around what is being attempted.

UT football is a multi million dollar business. I can finally stop rolling my eyes at the "We finally got ourselves a foot bawh coach" people. Which is code for an idiot.

Lord I hope so, but the biggest reason I’m excited about the future is that for the first time in a long time it seems that we have a genuinely good person for a coach. Not a used car salesman or just a plain a&$hole.Doesn’t equate to wins , but is a refreshing start.
Can honestly say I will be cheering for him along with the team.

He's the poster boy for a shift from team-first to me-first in CFB. He's all about his own goals and advancement, with little loyalty to his teammates or the team. You have to have that healthy balance where everyone's pulling together and players thrive when the team thrives.

Glad him and his POS dad are gone. Cut the parent then the kid.

Yes, UT was/is broken. And Henry T is making a me-first decision. The two aren't mutually exclusive, and he's far from the only player to do it. You'll see more and more, because CFB is changing and loyalty is weakening. The portal isn't the root cause; it's a symptom.

And getting sick of giving so much money to it.

Coaches don't have any control over who goes into the portal. Once the player is in the portal, any school can contact him that's interested in him. The player can remain in his current school but the coach can restrict his involvement in team activities. In the case of Crouch, I'm sure he has full access to team activities as the staff tries to recruit him again to stay at UT.
In his case, if he's already decided he is leaving as is being speculated, why did he not go ahead and leave like the others?

Screw him..it is not our fault it went down like this. It would be nice to think that wearing the orange and white and running through the T actually meant something to at least one of these prick mercenary quitters.
What is going to be karma is when he goes to Bama and rides the bench.

Doesn’t want to sit for a year. Waiting for the free transfer rule to pass. That’s the advice that he and his Dad received from uncle nick...

What have we seen that proves he’s a 5 star offensive player? Honest question.

I know he’s pissed a lot of people off because of his choices but let’s not be complete dipS**ts about this😂 Henry T was our only brights spot on defense and the LB Corp, outside of pass coverage which he was lacking but that’s it.without Henry T 2 years ago we have another very embarrassing loss at Kentucky so let’s cut the hate talk just because he doesn’t want to be here.this is what makes us look miserable and pathetic as fans.the same thing can be said when a recruit chooses another school other than Tennessee.we sound sorry as Hell.
