Just interviewed a student for an office assistant position here on campus. I meet many fascinating individuals daily. This is not fabricated. 2 of his responses stood out to me. The first, I kid not, was his response to the question, ‘what special skills do you have that sets you apart from other student candidates’?, his response was, ‘I am good at dodging potholes.’ His second eye opener was when I asked, ‘how do you motivate those around you to work at a higher level’? And his response was ‘Humiliation’.
