No, not a one. I first put it in the previous house.

I’m not very religious about oiling it, although I do occasionally with food-grade mineral oil. (Gorgeous when I do.) Otherwise, it’s pretty much impervious to heat and our enthusiastic (and mop-worthy) food prep and cooking. It seems to be completely idiot-proof.

Anything that was used successfully in high-school (and above) chemistry labs for years and years can handle our frenzied activities. Lemon juice, wine, nothing touches it.

And it feels nice. When it’s clean.
