My biggest concern is the current staff not actually knowing where they need to fill gaps yet, simply because they haven't had a chance to see what it is they have. That comes with actual on the field work. It's hard to work the portal when you're not certain what you need.

If they are smart they just need to come on here to this thread and ask--- we will certainly tell them where to fill gaps and what position group they need to be concentrating on in the portal...

In all seriousness though, it is kind of scary that at this point, some of us on here have watched this 'ish show for so long and have so much time invested, we may just actually have seen enough to really help! LOL

Senior who can grad transfer after Spring Practice and still play next year anywhere he wants. Basically any of the potential Grad Transfer guys can leave after Spring without any worry about eligibility, so I left them off. There's only three I left off though, Ja'Quain Blakely, LaTrell Bumphus, & Matthew Butler. Since Solomon has already transferred once I don't see him doing it again, Middleton took the long road to get to UT from playing at Oak Ridge he's not going anywhere.
Don’t think you see any of those guys transfer.

I think Toot is a huge loss. Personally, I think Toot, Key, and Wanya are our biggest losses. Gray is a great player, but I think we can adequately replace him with guys currently on roster. It can easily be argued that the three I listed haven't played to their full potential, but that's mostly on coaching. Wouldn't it be great to have that potential still on our team, just waiting to get unlocked by our new coaches?
I completely disagree. Wanya was lazy and out of shape. Doubt he fits with this scheme. Key could be but how do we know? He didn’t play much. Sham is back and would have been gone if Pruitt stayed. He is a damn good player when he decides to be. Toot is a loss for sure. Gray was our best player. That one stings and he would have been lethal in our offense. He is a mini Kamara. We don’t have another runningback as talented as him. But I do think we have a good runningback by committee.

RB is the easiest position on Offense to play though, so even though I agree Gray was our best player I don't think we'll feel the impact from losing him nearly as much as Toot. I think Wanya will hurt too, not because of him being a world beater while here but because losing bodies on the OL will be a challenge. Especially with Trey/Kennedy also leaving. So losing 4 on the OL now that were getting lots of snaps the last few seasons here.

I agree with Key though we have no clue how good he really is or will be so it's honestly less of a loss.

totally agree but losing Gray is something I think we can recover from fairly quickly... can't tell you how many times I got frustrated watching him get tripped up/shoestring tackled and went straight down... I know not nearly as overall talented, but just watching Beckwith in the Vandy game pound the rock and pull guys for 3-4 more yards was encouraging...

Happy Engineer’s Week!
@SSVol @Brillovol (tag yourself if you’re an engineer)

“This job is doing for $1 what anybody can do $2”
I didn't even realize that and I just happen to be wearing the engineer shirt that my kids gave me.

At ILB I think Anthony from Michigan would be a good one to try and pull. Also the USC kid would be a dream get and I actually think Crouch could decide to stay once he sits down with the new guys and gets to know them, if we run a few more 4 man fronts then he could show out more than he has in the 3-4 scheme.

Michigan alone has 3 ILBs in the portal...I'm sure one of them would be interested in following BJM to Rocky Top.

Good grief we need them all. Bring them all here

Take all 3. Start all 3 next year.

Then we agree to disagree. I don't see AK in Gray. Gray's a good back, but at times, he gets tackled by the grass. I look forward to what Evans and the other RBs on the roster will bring. Always hate to lose a good player, but Gray's loss stings the least.

Wanya has not been pushed to reach his potential. The question is whether or not Ellarbee could have got it out of him? We'll never know. Both Toot and Key are big losses. Sham staying does not negate the loss of Key.

Grays pass blocking was horrendous. Outside of his ability to stretch the field we don’t lose to much.

To play devil's advocate just a tad..AK wasn't AK until he was in the league. You gotta remember he spent time at Bama and JuCo before we got him, so on tape Gray's first 2 seasons are much better than AK's were (since Kamara was entering his 3rd season in college when arriving at UT).

Obviously they didn't know that at the time, but yeah I wouldn't be picking a fight with that dude if ya know going in he's a former collegiate wrestler at that size!

The thing in court is, they will take into account that the Wrestler/MMA guy has had training.

If it comes out that the OK Kicker started it and followed the guy into the bathroom etc that’s the only way I see him not receiving any charges. They will look at if he had the ability to leave. Etc.

It’ll be interesting how that investigation/court battle pan out.

Ok so I could title it in my name, add it to just my policy. But if she drove it and had an accident, would she be covered as a spouse? In NC if that matters.
Insurance follows the vehicle... if my brother is driving my car, then my insurance covers that vehicle. As long as he has my permission to do so.. it would ultimately hurt my insurance score, and rate should an accident occur.
In your case, being a spouse, it would be covered in an accident... but at that point, they would force you to list her as a driver on your policy.. may ask questions to why she wasn’t already in there but legally yes it would be covered... in Tennessee anyways that’s how it works. Hope that helps a little lol.
But like everyone else, I’m not sure why y’all have separate policies, definitely need to look at adding those together..
