President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

Kill the lucrative U.S. energy industry and make us dependent on foreign oil from our enemies again. Kill the Keystone XL pipeline. Kill oil, coal, natural gas, fracking and even permits for drilling. Reenter the Paris climate agreement while allowing China to pollute all it wants. This will no doubt decimate our economy, kill millions of high-paying fossil fuel jobs and make us dependent on green energy.
Give China access to the U.S. energy grid.

Biden is without a doubt a frail and feeble butt-puppet

Susan Collins comes out against Joe Biden's OMB nominee Neera Tanden over mean tweets which included calling the moderate Republican 'the worst'

Susan Collins, a moderate Republican senator, announced Monday she will vote against Neera Tanden's nomination to run President Joe Biden's White House budget office.

Senator Joe Manchin came out against Tanden on Friday, saying he would not vote to confirm the nominee to head the Office of Management and Budget after a series of harmful tweets came to light.

The decision by the West Virginia Democrat – the most moderate of his colleagues in the Senate – effectively sank Tanden's chances of sailing to confirmation.

With a 50-50 split Senate, Manchin defecting means Democrats now need one Republican senator to cross the line. But they won't be able to count on Collins for that.

Merrick Garland isn't doing bad in his hearing. He's probably the most neutral nominee Biden picked even though the only reason he did so was to poke the GOP in the eye.

Sad that this is where we are.

Someone will get approved eventuality and while they are waiting, the can act as Secretary.

Garland's history shows him to be somewhat middle of the road case wise (I looked it up when he was a SCOTUS nominee) without being extreme. He's carefully wording his answers and even the Mike Lee questions were not exactly vague, but exactly what Garland should have said.

"As long as it's consistent with the law."

He did mention Heller and McDonald as being established standard for gun rights though he did mention the "reasonable restriction" portion of that. But nothing he's said so far has been totally out of line.
