The Official Zone Severe Weather Thread

yes but I don't typically drink during the week. I do need to get some steps though. My fitbit hates me right now

I have been jogging a lot during the past few months and I have a health app on my phone that tracks progress. Are fitbits worth the investment? Heard mixed opinions about them.

I like mine because I don't want a phone strapped to my arm. It records the data and then I sync with my phone later.

I set a reminder to tell me to get up and take breaks and walk while I'm at work. I mainly use it to track work outs, steps, but also I sync it with my fitbit scale. One neat thing is the watch tracks my sleep and gives me a sleep score and for the most part it is pretty accurate.

Well said. Mine is a cheap version of the same thing and I got lucky. It's amazing how accurate it is, including tracking my sleep.

I mean I really do like this thing.
