John Brice was on 104.5 this morning. Said CJH looking for aggressive DC. Said been told by multiple SEC coaches that Steele doesn’t fit the profile. He wants someone to create extra possessions for this offense.

Threw out Tulsa DC name. I didn’t even bother to Google his name.

Is that why we keep overlooking Steele or he don't want the DC job?

Yep. And with Spring Practice comes the overhype about how certain players and the team looks which leads to extreme disappointment and disgust in the fall.

You know it's weird, the vast majority of data supports more hires BECAUSE they are white. Yet just the mention of the word diversity, which doesn't even mean "black hires" or "women hires" it just means hires that are not the vast majority in that chosen career, company, etc. and you start making it about hiring people because of the color of their skin.

You know that white men being hired in teaching is a diversity hire, so stop making it about hiring based on color that's a you statement, not one LA is making and not one the word or phrase means, at all.
So are we interviewing Hispanic, French, German, Native American, Canadian, ect. people?

Are we interviewing women for the DC job or are we interviewing white and black men and looking to make a "diverse" hire?
