There is an alternative---it's called mustardHow could I miss this? I was simply commenting on the idea of mayonnaise as a Platonic form as it were. I had no idea you had a vested interest. The term is probably to commonly used for any one to uphold a tradename claim. Can there be any doubt that mayonnaise sells? Wasn't intended as a personal attack. I am in total agreement with the idea that the world needs viable mayonnaise alternatives.
