I just want to see any lefties in here acknowledge that it is very likely where all this is going. They won’t. They’ll explain it away and make excuses because one, they can’t fathom it or understand how to read the tea leaves and two, they supported it.

Brings up an interesting point of "free college" to all. I guess the privates and publics would still have admission standards or would they? This opens a rabbit hole of standards and weighting of an applicant's HS accomplishments and sure it already happens. Free collge, I am going Ivy league. I am equal darn it!

The dang differing standards of admission will be a fight and and shows the hypocrisy of it all. Elite institutions will elite while state institutions would be subjest to overcrowded classrooms and ever increasing political clout and budget requirments. Federalism of state institutions just as everything else.

As long as they have ex in front of the title, none of them should. Same for any other ex federal position. You are the guy, or you aren't. Security clearances should terminate with the end of the job rather than be a lifetime perk that opens doors.

All college for all would do is create another layer above or below the current level.it just wpuldnt be productive. Especially if you are getting a bunch of core classes.

Even in places where it is cheap/free there is a "junior college" mix of high school and college for the trades and you still have to test in to free college.
