I agree. This is the cost of bad coaching hires which inevitably lead to coaching changes and roster attrition. Let’s hope we got this hire right.

They need to give him and his staff a chance to win them over ... and if not, then by all means, let them go.

Absolutely. It hurts to lose few now but doing the right thing builds trust for long term. Take lumps of rebuilding and move on. We will be fine with guys who want to be here.

I gotta say.. I loved the way Small ran when he got on the field last year
