Legit question...why is Sonny Dykes even on “the list?”

Blows my mind. Do you think other SEC schools even whiffed this guys name when they were searching for a coach? What has this guy done to prove anything? He’s barely above .500 as a head coach....basically worse than Butch Jones.

Because Sonny Dykes is way too out of left field to not be true. If you polled 100 people a month ago, this guy is on zero lists as coaches you'd like to see here. He was not on the radar at all until he was. That says something. Something not real nice to think about.
