Franklin from where he’s at would have an easier time finding a flight to Charlotte.
Campbell would have an easier time flying into Atlanta.

With charters, any coach in the world can fly into PDK. They do not have commercial activity and its easily accessible to drive around/near. Its prob about 45min on a good day to the ATL airport.
