It will be alright McGill.. No choice but to let things play out and not worry about that which has not and may not happen..

I get the feeling Plowman may be a "bit different" behind the scenes than what she showed today.. I wouldn't read to much into her words today as they were definitely meant for effect...

i don't think brent backed pruitt at all. he has made it clear pruitt wsnt getting it done.

he is an employee of IMG, and Vol Radio Network.

Come on man. What do you expect her to say? Choir boys don't but neither do stupid men either. You have to be smart about what you do and it sounds like Pruitt wasn't. As many people as he had pissed at him a scandal was all but inevitable.

Looks to me like she monitored the situation and went into triage mode. Cut out the cancer so the program might survive.

I'm going to be positive until I see definitively what the plan is. If it turns out there is no plan then I'll be upset. Until then, ride the high of hopeful optimism only a coaching search can provide.

You may need to log off for a bit and have a snickers. What did you expect the Chancellor to say today? "Our football coach has to cheat better"? Instead of complaining all day via multiple posts, explain what she could've said that would've been satisfactory for you.

She knocked this press conference out of the park. The "integrity" line is par for the course with coaching searches and hires. Chiefs mentioned Andy Reid's integrity in his intro, Arkansas with Pittman, Baylor with Matt Rhule, and so on and so forth for every coaching hire ever made.

Bill Clark would be a good hire when your program is in tank as he is really good in transfer portal but he is boys with Pruitt so it would take getting an Ingram as only way he listens IMO.

Unfortunately our boosters handed over a buffet of receipts so we will suck for another decade. People can say well penn st and usc survived sanctions... yeah but they also weren’t coming off a decade or longer of sucking azz hole. You suck azz hole for more than 10 yrs then get hit then your basically dead

Like I said...she sure as hell looked like she meant it to me. And I assume any coach worth a damn watching that would think so too.

That PC was all posturing for the NCAA and optics for the university. Don’t fall for it McGill. Donde is cold-blooded.

Not necessarily that they wanted to keep Pruitt. But every week they continue to report like Pruitt is the coach next year and now he’s gone. The firing has been in motion for a while. This doesn’t happen overnight
