We are one notch from becoming Vandy (no pun intended).

If we screw this one up, UT will become a doormat for the SEC for years to come.

That’s all this was, was a project or experiment. They thought CF could groom and guide Pruitt and it was a Utter failure.

For all of the dysfunction at UT with this football program, they (President and Chancellor) sure got it right and did it right. Definitely a step in the right direction. Now, they have to get the AD hire right too.

I’ve met with some people on campus recently that never, and I mean NEVER, talk about football. Wouldn’t know a cornerback from a corner-post.

Despite this, they have been clamoring for Plowman to axe Pruitt. I can’t even imagine what he did to piss those people off.

Am I the only one assuming a mass exodus of transfers and hiring a bad coach? The bad coach is not going to be able to bring in transfers from other schools and the recruiting class will fall apart with no recovery. Is next year going to be year 0 or 1?

We’ve found out recently that transfers need destinations and other rosters aren’t accommodating as assumed. Especially with the free transfer tabled for at least this upcoming season. Time for sanity to prevail and the new guy to establish himself.
