Looks like he got an extension with no reports of a raise. Made $700k his first year. We could make that $1 million+ with no income tax.

Regardless of what some of you might think, Marrone understands offense. While he has had one of the worst offensive rosters in history the last few seasons, it isn't as if they have been running an offense from 2005.

True, but he coached under Briles at Baylor, was QB's coach under Heupel at UCF, and then became the OC there in 2019. Now he's at Ole Miss under Kiffin. Dude knows offense.

Along with this, keep Jay Graham, get a decent OL coach, bring in Rodney Garner, and a solid DB coach, and I think I'm on the baloney train too.

Marrone is one of the best OL coaches in all of football. Like literally ALL of football.

Lane is one of the best in college or NFL at play calling. I doubt he gave the reigns up.

Greg Adkins: OL
Jay Graham: RB
Ron Middleton: TE/ST
Tyler Wolf: WR

Although Lebby instead of Chaney would be a definite upgrade. Steele, Garner, and maybe Hobby on defense would also be a great foundation. Hopefully add Myslinski for strength and conditioning.
