Steele's coming. They have a verbal. It'll be interesting to see how they finesse the MOU.

This is a good thing for UT. We're picking up a solid defensive guy who can help us in multiple ways while Auburn picks up most of the freight.
Steele is a good coach and I don't mind having him around.

Do you think it means anything regarding Pruitt's job status?

Making a good bit off weed stocks right now and never smoked a single time. Next up is the shrooms sector.
My business idea. The Herbal Creamery(THC)
Infused milkshakes, ice cream, whatever. You remember them cereal straws? Make them edibles. I’m telling you, gold mine when TN is legal.

Interesting and I like. Do we know if on or off the field?

Everone is confused, what does this entirely mean for Pruitt?
Probably depends on the title. If he is hired as an on the field coach, I would say it means Pruitt is most likely back. If he is hired in some sort of analyst role, it means nothing for Pruitt.

Because he has hired a coach? Or they’ve added a coach to his staff? Why would they Add a coach to a soon-to-be-fired coach’s staff?
Theyre in a hiring freeze so we won't be hiring Freeze, but even if we could we wont hire Freeze, but i hear there's Steele a chance we hire Steele even though there is a hiring freeze.

Does Steele coming rule out JP going?

At 8-4 with four other teams...real impressive..🥴

Still, Syracuse had been the worst team in that conference for 5+ years. He has been part of a very solid rebuild as a college HC, regardless of how you spin it.

Add to that NFL experience, a strong network in the coaching fraternity, and level-headed maturity, and he could be exactly what this program needs. Not flashy, but very effective.

its administration hire. Like LA said Auburn has to front most of the salary. Even if he doesn't go on field with next coach he is asset to have in the building in whatever role you put him at. I'm sure their isn't any kind of buyouts or contract stipulations for either side. Just a good ole boy helping out his university while its in a bad spot. It has zero to do with CJP staying or going.
