Mitch is a guy who shows up on other sites when **** like this is going on and has been correct about things more than most. He says we already have an understanding with the next coach and are trying to get out of CJP contract with no buyout.

Oh. Chadwell is the guy..........today

Yeah, Chadwell is the big rumor of the moment. Scary, if true, IMO. He's coming off a phenomenal season, and just won COY, but I'm afraid he may be a one hit wonder. He has zero experience in a Power 5 Conference. Bounced around a few small schools. Just don't feel he's ready for the task. Seems like he'd be another learn on the job candidate, despite at least having HC experience, but we saw how that ended up with Pruitt.

Whatever is gonna happen, needs to happen. We're only hurting ourselves by dragging it out. Transfers don't want to come to an unknown situation. Already rumblings of more of our big time players considering transferring out. Uncertainty is a program killer. A self-inflicted one. Decisions need to be made quickly.
